About The Project

2.0 Carvana Marketing Emails was the initiative to improve on our existing emails. The ask was to design a system that would allow for customization, modularity, and the convenience of tailoring our emails for our users without having to design each email individually. Previously, our emails were designed individually from designer to designer without a definitive styleguide which resulted in inconsistency across all of our email touch points. Being the recipient of two very different email styles from Carvana would be very jarring and confusing for the user. I approached this challenge similar to how I would design a system for apps or website – in separated components and embracing modularity.
